A full renovation covers everything from demolishing the existing layout to handing over the keys: structure, installations (plumbing, electricity), coatings, joinery, paint and fittings where applicable. We coordinate all trades.

How long does a full renovation take?

It depends on size and scope. An 80 m² home can be completed in 6–10 weeks. We set a detailed schedule before starting and stick to it.

Do you manage building permits?

We can guide you on the required permits and coordinate with administrative managers. Many interior home renovations only require a prior notice to the council rather than a full building permit.

Do I need to leave my home during the renovation?

It depends on the scope. For full renovations, it is usually best not to live there during the work for comfort and safety. For partial renovations (bathroom, kitchen), it can be arranged to coexist with the works.
